GameSphere had a strong offline presence with packed game nights and active community participation, but their social media failed to reflect that energy. We built a structured short-form content framework centered around real player reactions, competitive moments, and social interactions. Each reel was optimized with strong 2–3 second hooks, dynamic captions, and engaging call-to-actions to encourage comments and shares. We also aligned posting schedules with peak audience activity and leveraged trending audio strategically to increase discoverability.
Within six weeks, GameSphere saw a dramatic increase in engagement and profile visits. Multiple reels reached local explore feeds, significantly boosting brand visibility. The improved digital presence translated into increased event bookings and higher weekend foot traffic, strengthening both online and offline brand equity.
